So Mel and her friends have a tradition of Martini Wednesdays, but because Mel and I went to her brothers on Wednesday we did Martinis on Thursday. 
Water Chestnuts wrapped in bacon. Would have been better with scallops but surprisingly the water chestnuts were good. They were soaked in soy sauce overnight.
