Pit Bikes

Time for a little fun in Minnesota. That's Mel's brother in the back. I have my head down praying that I don't make an ass out of myself...
Stopped trying to look at the track. John has a Moto X track in his back yard with jumps. Doubles, triples, crazy stuff.
Look at what I can do with a little liquid courage and a helmet! Just kidding. After I laid it down once in a corner and then did a superman over a jump and ended with a belly flop in the dirt I called it a day. I will be back another time to conquer the pit bike!

Tornado!

My very first Toranado warning. The tornado hit just four miles from where we were. They currently believe it was either F3 or F4 in strength.

Just a look at the clouds. It got a lot darker.
Fortunately the hail was small marble size and did not damage the vehicles.
Just a little hail on the ground.

Comedy Night

Two of the funniest comedics of the night are in this picture. The one in the green and the third from the right.

My new drinking pals.
After a night of drinking we continued with beer and vodka. I am drinkning the Blue Ribbon! No need for shot glasses we were drinking straight from the bottle. Mmmmm Vodka.
Cov's pop, Mel, and Cov
Of course another photo of Mel's tongue.

Hanging out in Minnesota

I have decided that Minnesota and upper New England are not very different in their ideas of fun and love of nature and the outdoors. Friday afternoon we hung out outside for a while and watched rabbits, birds, and ducks feed in Cov's backyard. After hanging out we went downtown to "7 Corners" which from my count only had 5 corners! Maybe the person who counted was really drunk considering each corner has a bar on it. Not a bad thing though.
Bored in a jeep.
Mel's favorite pose.
The picture of the duck did not come out well.
Picture of St. Paul at a 120 mph in a WRX. A little blurry. JUST KIDDING MOM!
This is Cov. I don't think she would be happy with this pic. Oh well. :)

Minnesota

I made it to Minnesota. I will be bouncing around here for a while before I leave for the return trip to Connecticut. Hanging out with these two girls mostly. Mel and Cov. Sorry for the blurry pic I will get better ones.

Chicago

So I ordered a tall Bud Light and they brought 32 oz Kick ass
Chicago aquarium
Jump dolphin jump

Sorry for the Delays

My computer has decided to give me nothing but troubles. Depending on what computer network I am trying to jump on I it will either work or give me the blue death screen. I have been doing some traveling since I last posted. Drop by the Arch in St. Louis. Decided not to stop so I could avoid traffic in Chicago. Monday I drove to Chicago to spend time in the windy city. Which lived up to its name.

This is the view of the city from the end of Navy Pier. Went walking on Tuesday.
Tuesday night ended up at the game. White Sox ended up winning. I bought these tickets 20 mins before the start of the game.
The seats were a lot of fun. Everyone around was from out of state. My new friend Jill from St. Louis flew up to Chicago to hang out and go to the game.

In Chicago I spent sometime walking around the first night. I ended up at the Wyndham Hotel right downtown. I laughed when I walked in the lobby in my T-shirt with shorts which had paint stains. Everyone else was in suits and other business attire. After getting cleaned up I walked around and ended up having dinner at the ESPN zone. After dinner I ennded up going out to the bars with my waitress and her co-workers. I forgot to get pics so sorry for that. Bars in Chicago are open way to late. 4 am close. Crazy.

St. Louis

Another great ball park. They were almost sold out so I ended up getting a seat in the all inclusive. What a deal.
The seat gives you a table, chair, no one standing right behind you, free beer, food, and soda. Turned out Sunday was Stan Musial day.
Jill and her friend were sitting behind me. We had a great time hanging out.
We then walked around St. Louis for a bit and went drinking.

Tried Saving Money

So I thought I would try to save a little money and stay in a hotel outside of Nashville. For no reason other then thought I would give it a shot and save a little for beer money. But.... Laying in bed and a cockroach started crawling down the wall! Screw saving money and staying at no name places.

On the Road

I could not figure out what the hell this thing was on the back of the bus or what it was in reference to.

Then I saw the side.
View of Nashville.
Furtak you realize I am going to print out pictures of this and paste them around the fire house right?
Nice score board. Nashville Sound is the name of the team.
It is always funny to me how close you can sit at these games.
Free fireworks show after. Was actually a pretty good show.

Leaving ATL

This time I am not leaving on a jet plane though. I am heading up Madison, TN just north of Nashville for the night. I haven't figured out what I am going to do yet. Here are a few photos from Thursday. Last night I needed to take a break so no photos from yesterday.
Kellie and Kristen. Kristen is so Fiesty!
Brooke another EMCAS soldier.

Kellie and our cool new friend, Ellen from Monday night.
Kellie hates when people don't listen to her.
It is great when you can order a tall boy in a bar.

HGTV

Taniya Nayak from HGTV's Designed To Sell. She and "her crew" were a lot of fun.

T's crew

The guy on the right is one of the carpenters and was really cool. Had a lot of fun drinkning with these people. OH Yeah, thanks for having my back when the tall doofus wanted to fight. Stupid people.
